1. Acceptance of terms

By using Handova you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Handova provides a shift handover and reporting platform for offshore contractors. Features include task logging, daily reports, and AI-generated service reports.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
  • You may cancel at any time via the billing portal

5. Free trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the platform.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Handova to store unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or resell access to the platform without permission.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Handova and its content are owned by Handova Ltd. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

Handova is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
